So I went to veteran.battlefield.com to get my extra BF Unlock for playing other BF games.
I logged in just fine and started entering my BF2 login/password and kept getting messages about invalid login. Same thing happened with BF2142. Checked the usual capslock, etc but still nothing.
Then I tried some of the older games I had like 1942 and Vietnam, simply entering the CD key. Kept getting messages that the CD keys were already claimed! WTF?
Not sure what's going on, but I couldn't enter a single game! Anyone else having this problem?

Works great for me. I have Battlefield Heroes and BF2 (with all Expansion Packs) registered. Now I am a Battlefield Veteran Rank 1 (whatever these ranks mean). I hope that is Veteran enough to get some extra unlocks But there are a lot of people with similar problems: http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/13191.page

It worked fine for me, but BF Vietnam didn't and I didn't try 1942.

I finally got BF2 to work, but 2142 and all games that require a CD key won't work.
They've had issues with this system for 2 years now. Lame...

Okay - today I got Veteran Rank 2 for BF 2142 without havin the game Just download the Demo, install it and play one full match online. After that go to the veterans page http://veteran.battlefield.com/, choose BF2142 from the dropdown and insert your BF2142 name and password (which is for me the same as it was in BF2). It is your gamespy account Now I am Veteran Rank 2 for having BF2 + BoosterPacks, BFHeroes (LOL - only played the Demo/Beta) and BF2142 (only have the demo downloaded today). LOL - EA pwned

Damn you biker!
I think I have to reinstall BF2142 quick, login and the go to my Veteran account to update it. Anyone else have it loaded already that I can give you my login/password quick? It's been over a year since I last played!

The only strange thing is, that BadCompany 2 (PC) does not show up and I have no option to add it. I can choose it from the drop-down list, but nothing happens. No CD-Key field, no login-field - nothing! Anyone here, who has that active?

EA servers are down again. And this time, the whole EA serverfarm seems to have a problem. I was kicked out of a running match and then I wanted to take a look at the veterans page. Uuuuups - a Drupal/MySQL Error page:

I think they leave the most current game blank because if that's the only BF game you have, then you are technically not a Veteran. That or the website is messed up.

EA is finally updating the veteran's website Quote: We're updating the Veteran's program.
The Veteran's website will be unavailable during the update. http://veteran.battlefield.com/Hope I can enter all my BF games soon!

Still updating, hahaha! Quote: We're updating the Veteran's program. The Veteran's website will be unavailable during the update. Some things take a long time ...
